Mediclus One-Fil Putty(0,25g)

(Re-treatment).

• **Premixed & Ready-to-Use:** No manual mixing required, ensuring consistent consistency and saving clinical time.
• **High Biocompatibility:** Calcium silicate-based formula minimizes irritation to periapical tissues.
• **Bioactive Property:** Promotes the formation of hydroxyapatite for optimal tissue healing and sealing.
• **Antimicrobial Action:** High pH level (>12) provides strong antibacterial effects and prevents reinfection.
• **Dimensional Stability:** Zero shrinkage during setting ensures a hermetic seal against microleakage.
• **Easy Retreatment:** Can be removed easily if root canal retreatment becomes necessary.

Description: One-Fil® is a revolutionary bioceramic sealer based on calcium silicate technology. It features high adhesion to both the canal walls and gutta-percha points. The material sets upon contact with natural moisture within the canals, making it ideal for both cold and warm obturation techniques.

(Calcium Silicate).

• **Main Component:** Calcium Silicate.
• **Setting Time:** Approx. 2-4 hours (depending on moisture in the canal).
• **Radiopacity:** Excellent, for easy follow-up and identification on X-rays.
• **Flowability:** Optimal to reach lateral and complex canal structures.
• **pH Level:** 12.5.

• 1 × Premixed Syringe (2g).
• Disposable intra-canal tips for direct application.

(Master Cone).

1. **Drying:** Dry the canal with paper points, but avoid over-drying (slight moisture is needed for the bioceramic to set).
2. **Application:** Inject the sealer into the coronal third or coat the Master Cone.
3. **Obturation:** Insert the master cone slowly to the full working length to ensure uniform distribution.
4. **Completion:** Sear off the excess gutta-percha at the orifice and perform light vertical compaction.

It is recommended to tightly close the syringe immediately after use, as exposure to ambient moisture may cause the sealer to harden inside the syringe.

• Shelf life is indicated on the syringe and outer box (typically 2 years from production).
• Store in a cool, dry place (10-25°C).
